When I first met Jery as we were leaving an Equality North Carolina fund raiser. Riding in the elevator nothing was said. Just as we reached the front door of the building he whirled around, pulled a book from his satchel and asked if I knew of the author Jason Fury. Fifteen minutes later I was hooked and knew I had to check out this funny man I was talking to. I didn't remember it from our conversation, but when I saw my name in this book I contacted Jery and asked if I was the one who convinced him to check out gay dating sites. His answer guilty. "I, A Man" is an easy and fun read. It is especially for those men questioning their sexuality but are confident in their masculinity. Jery's advice to you is "Life offers so much, just enjoy it." I'm with you Jery!
